Childcare costs vary by family and situation. In the Netherlands, most parents are fortunately entitled to childcare allowance. How much allowance you receive depends on several factors. For instance, the number of childcare hours per month, the hourly rate and the family income play a role.

The calculator tool will help you understand the childcare costs we charge you, the amount of childcare benefit and your own net monthly contribution.

It is possible that at some BSO branches the pre-school and/or after-school care service is not open on one or more days. This is not visible in the calculation tool. If you want to know whether this applies to your MAM’s branch, please check the rates per branch.
