Who is MAM’s Kinderopvang?

What personal data does MAM’s Kinderopvang collect and process?
On the MAM’s Kinderopvang website, you can check which types of childcare we offer; request a tour; register your child(ren) or request a callback.
When you request a tour, we ask you to provide the following (personal) data:

MAM’s Childcare has a partnership agreement with the Tax Office. The partnership obliges MAM’s Childcare to provide the Tax Office with the childcare data of the care children on a monthly basis. To enable inspection with regard to the payment of childcare benefits by the Belastingdienst, the BSN and date of birth of the Parent and child must be provided to MAM’s Kinderopvang on time. With a view to the provision of childcare benefit, the Tax Office requires MAM’s Kinderopvang to check the identity of the Parent and their child on the basis of valid proof of identity.
To log in to the parent portal, we ask you to create an account and process the following data for this purpose:

When you send e-mails or other messages to us, we store those messages. Sometimes we will ask you for your personal data relevant to the situation at hand. This enables us to process your questions and answer your requests. The data will be stored on MAM’s Childcare’s own secure servers or those of a third party in the EEA.
Pedagogical Educational Picture Coaching (PEB)
The use of Pedagogical Educational Image Coaching is intended to coach our pedagogical staff and ensure the quality of our services. Those involved (pedagogical staff members and parents/carers of children) are informed in advance about the video recordings and what rights they have, e.g. to view them.

MAM’s Childcare has no influence on the specific technologies and cookies used by these social networks to track and analyse the use of this page. For what purposes and on what legal grounds is the information collected used?
Your information will be used for the following purposes, and based on the following legal grounds, and will not be kept longer than strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. If the law contains retention periods, these are obviously leading. In a number of cases, however, no set term applies and only the general rule from the AVG applies. MAM’s Childcare will always establish a policy regarding data retention on a case-by-case basis.

Your data will be stored on our own secure servers or those of a third party. MAM’s Childcare uses servers within the European Economic Area (EEA).
The VIB video footage is stored on, for this purpose only, storage media, which are kept on site and secured by encryption.

MAM’s Childcare will not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:
