After the date of signing the placement agreement, you have 14 days for reflection. Within these 14 days, you may revoke the placement agreement without giving reasons and with immediate effect. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the signing of the agreement.

If you wish to revoke the placement agreement, you must do so in writing (via e-mail). To do so, email planning@mamskinderopvang.nl stating ‘revoke placement agreement MAM’s’.

When does my cancellation period expire?

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of signing the placement agreement. So for example, if you sign the agreement on 1 August, you have until 23:59 on 15 August to revoke. If the 14th day of the cooling-off period falls on a weekend or a public holiday, your cooling-off period ends on the next working day at 23:59.

I haven’t used childcare yet, but have already paid?

Because MAM’s charges the childcare fees in advance, it may happen that you have already paid the childcare fees but have not yet used the childcare. In such a case, if you still revoke the placement agreement (within the 14-day period as described), the care costs incurred will be credited and refunded to you within 14 days of the date of revocation at the latest. We will not charge any fees for this.

I have already used the childcare service, but still want to revoke the agreement. What should I do now?

If you revoke the placement agreement and have already used our childcare during the 14-day reflection period, you will have to pay for the childcare days already used. In such a case, if you have already paid an invoice for a longer period, a correction will be made and any excess childcare fees paid will be refunded to you within 14 days of the date of the revocation.
